1. Service Nature
Due to the nature of digital and custom development services, refunds are subject to review and approval.
2. Deposits
Initial deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Failure to start agreed work within reasonable time
- Mutual cancellation before project commencement
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Completed work
- Approved deliverables
- Change of mind after project commencement
- Delays caused by client inactivity
- Third-party software or hosting costs
5. Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating disputes or chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and service suspension.
6. Cancellation
Projects cancelled after commencement may be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.
